Special Planning Commission Meeting at 5:00 p.m. on the 18th of September, 2023, at the township hall

ADDENDUM TO THE
AUGUST 10TH, 2023,
REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING

The Town Board of Sturgeon Lake Township were notified by Nedene Kuhlman, clerk, that the township attorney, Mike Couri, would not be able to get the legal work completed in time for it to be published 10 days prior to the Planning Commission Meeting of 9/7/2023.
The Planning Commission will have to hold a special meeting 10 days after the 9/7/23, Planning Commission Meeting to complete the process of approving Luke Horton’s changing a section of his land to commercial.
Bernard Zuk, supervisor made a motion to hold the Special Planning Commission Meeting at 5:00 p.m. on the 18th of September, 2023, at the township hall and to have the clerk post and publish this meeting notice.  William Grutkoski, supervisor seconded the motion.  Edward Magdziarz, Bernard Zuk and William Grutkoski all voted in favor of the motion and the motion was carried.
